Hallelujah! A short first round

Score another one for Roger Goodell. The first round of the NFL draft took three hours, 30 minutes, or just about three hours fewer than last year's first round. Goodell can take a bow. After suffering through last year's first round he resolved to shorten the draft, and the results speak for themselves. The first round was the quickest since the 1990 first round that took three hours, 24 minutes.
